WOW!!! Ben is taking off. Rocket man. This is so beautiful to see--thank you for all the updates you do for all of us.
Taking my inspiration from you both, I am back at the gym with yoga and 5 mile swim--hoping to work up from 3 days a week to 5 days. It will come.
