Too, I trust Father to give you understanding as to the why of it all. Your friend, MarionAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2090277881332820433.post-42622860756532262282010-04-29T13:56:40.332-07:002010-04-29T13:56:40.332-07:00Katie, Sounds like you are seeing the progress tha...Katie, Sounds like you are seeing the progress that Ben has to show! Do you see the progress Jesus is making in you? Maturity, wisdom, ability to clearly communicate your claim that Jesus is at the center of all this? You probably had these qualities before, but they are being finely tuned, for God's glory, A-MEN!

Now, for Ben's voice; WHAT A THRILL! These reports of his vocalizations make my little Speech-Language Pathologist heart jump! Does he have voice when he coughs, yawns or sneezes? I have to wonder if there is some swelling on laryngeal nerves that is finally settling down, allowing the nerve to work now.

Eating; Again, my heart leaps for joy as I hear of Ben moving up the list of foods! It may be time to bring him a McDonald's type of cheeseburger, with doctor/SLP permission, of course! Cut it into bites or he may eat it whole! It sticks together nicely. Not much scatter to choke on if there is no lettuce/tomato/etc. Patients LOVE THEM after all of the hospital food, especially younger patients. French fries too.

Be encouraged, you are being such a good wife to your honey!Brendahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10316460615855758210noreply@blogger.com
